Complementi risultativi Parte 3 / Resultative Complements Part 3

Abbiamo visto come cambiano i verbi  "看" "kàn" (guardare) e  "听" "tīng" (ascoltare) in presenza di tali complementi.

Nǐ de shū wǒ kàn wán le. Ho finito il tuo libro.

Wǒmen gāngcái chī wán fàn le.
Abbiamo appena finito di cenare.

Tā chàng wán gēr le, méiyǒu? Lui ha terminato la canzone?
Tāmen sài wán qiú le, méiyǒu? Hanno finito la partita?
Kěnéng bàn wán shǒuxù le. Forse ha finito con le formalità.

Nǐ kàn dào le nà kē shù, méiyǒu? Sei riuscito a vedere quell’albero?
Wàibian háizimen zài chànggē, nǐ tīng dào ma? Fuori dei bambini stanno cantando, li senti?

Vediamo come si comportano altri verbi:

Wǒ xiǎng pǎo dào nà kē shù nàli.
Voglio correre fino a quell'albero.

Tā zhōngyú zhǎodào gōngzuò le. Ha finalmente trovato lavoro.
Nǐ jiàndào línjū le, méiyǒu? Hai visto il mio vicino?
Dàxué de xìn nǐ shōudào le, méiyǒu? Hai ricevuto la lettera dell'università?
Zuótiān xuédào dì èrshísān kè le. Ieri abbiamo studiato fino alla lezione 23.
Zhōngyú mǎidào le nà běn shū. Sono finalmente riuscita a comprare quel libro.
Nǐ yī zǒudào chēzhàn, jiù děng wǒ ba. Arrivato alla fermata, aspettami!
Tài wǎnle, gāi mǎshàng huídào gōngsī le. E' tardi, devo subito tornare al lavoro.

Bù dài yǎnjìng nǐ hái néng kàn qīngchǔ ma? Ci vedi anche senza occhiali?
Nǐ mànman shuō, wǒ duō néng tīng qīngchǔ. Se parli lentamente, sento tutto chiaramente.

Vediamolo in altre frasi:

Lǎoshī zǒngshì shuō qīngchǔ, shì ma? Il maestro parla sempre chiaramente, vero?

Vediamone alcuni altri esempi:

Nǐ ná hǎo le xínglǐ, méiyǒu?
Hai preso la valigia?

Qǐng dài hǎo zìjǐ de dōngxī! Prendete le vostre cose!
Tā hái méi fàng hǎo xiāngzi ne. Lei non ha ancora sistemato il baule.
Háizimen zhùyì! Shōu hǎo chēpiào! Bambini prendete i vostri biglietti!

Zhè lù qìchē nǐ méi zuò cuò ba?
Non hai, per caso, sbagliato autobus?

Zuìhòu de wèntí nǐ méi huídá cuò ba? Non hai risposto male all'ultima domanda, per caso?
Yǔfǎ shū nǐ méi ná cuò ba? Hai sbagliato il libro di grammatica, vero?

Aggiungiamo qui l'uso dell'aggettivo "对" "duì" (giusto), in qualità di complemento risultativo:

Eccone alcuni esempi:

Zhèxiē shēngcí nǐ zěnme méi fānyì duì?
Come mai non hai tradotto bene queste parole nuove?

***********************************************************************
With Part 3 we are meant to continue and deepen what has been learned about the use of resultative complements: Here are some new examples..
We have seen how the verbs "看" "kàn" (watch) and "听" "tīng" (listen)
change in the presence of such complements. Using these examples, let's complete the picture.
In Part 1 and Part 2 we had made some examples of the use of
resultative complement  "完" "Wan" (do an action until the end) with these two verbs:
Nǐ de shū wǒ kàn wán le. I have finished your book.
Tīng wán guǎngbò, yùndòngyuánmen jiù zǒu jìn lái le. Finished hearing the announcement, the athletes come immediately.
We can try with other verbs. Here they are:
Wǒmen gāngcái chī wán fàn le.We just finished dinner.
Nǐ zěnme hái méi xué wán nà shǒu shī? How is it that you have not yet finished studying that poem?
Tā chàng wán gēr le, méiyǒu?  Has he finished the song?
Tāmen sài wán qiú le, méiyǒu? Did they finish the game?
Kěnéng bàn wán shǒuxù le. Maybe he finished with the formalities.
Tāmen hái méi cānguān wán zhǎnlǎn ne. They have not finished the visit to the exhibition.
Xuéshēngmen fānyì wán le nà běn shū. The students have translated all that book.
We also saw the use of "到" "dao" (reach / arrive) with the two verbs "看" "kàn" (watch) and "听" "tīng" (listen):
Nǐ kàn dào le nà kē shù, méiyǒu? Were you able to see that tree?
Wàibian háizimen zài chànggē, nǐ tīng dào ma? The children are singing outside, can you hear them?
Let's see how other verbs work:
Wǒ xiǎng pǎo dào nà kē shù nàli. I want to run up to that tree.
Tā zhōngyú zhǎodào gōngzuò le. She has finally found a job.
Nǐ jiàndào línjū le, méiyǒu? Have you seen my neighbor?
Dàxué de xìn nǐ shōudào le, méiyǒu? You have received the university's letter, haven't you?
Zuótiān xuédào dì èrshísān kè le. Yesterday we studied up to Lesson 23.
Zhōngyú mǎidào le nà běn shū. I was finally able to buy that book.
Xiǎo háizi yòu méi nádào qiú. The child has missed the ball again.
Nǐ yī zǒudào chēzhàn, jiù děng wǒ ba. Arrived to the bus stop, wait for me!
Tài wǎnle, gāi mǎshàng huídào gōngsī le. It 's late, I must immediately return to work.
Nǐ yào bǎ guójì diànhuà dǎdào nǎr? Where should be done the international call?
The use of adjectives such as resultative complements is very broad. We saw the adjective "清楚" "qīngchǔ" (clear) in the following examples:
Bù dài yǎnjìng nǐ hái néng kàn qīngchǔ ma? We also see without glasses?
Nǐ mànman shuō, wǒ duō néng tīng qīngchǔ. If you speak slowly, I hear everything clearly.
Yǒu ěrjī dehuà, wǒ jiù néng tīng qīngchǔ. If there are headphones, I can hear clearly.
Let's see it in other sentences:
Xuéhǎo hànyǔ tā hànzì yě xiě qīngchǔ le. Learned Chinese, even his Chinese writing has become clearer.
Lǎoshī měi zǒng shì qīngchǔ, shì ma? Does the teacher always speak clearly?
Jìzhě jiǎng qīngchǔ le, méiyǒu? The reporter speaks clearly, doesn't he ?
The use of the adjective "好" "hǎo" (good) is not only to give a sense of having done something with good result, as seen in Part 1:
The doctor has visited you, hasn't he?
Let's see some other examples:

Nǐ ná hǎo le xínglǐ, méiyǒu? Have you taken your suitcase?
Qǐng dài hǎo zìjǐ de dōngxī! Take your belongings!
Tā hái méi fàng hǎo xiāngzi ne. She has not yet fixed the trunk.
Háizimen zhùyì! Shōu hǎo chēpiào! Children take your tickets!
Sometimes, however, with the use of "好" "hǎo" (good/well) we had amazing results, as seen in Part2:
Ni tīnghǎo, wǒ bù xiǎng zài shuō yī biàn! Listen to me, I will not repeat it again! Now let's see some other examples of how the meaning of the verb changes with use of this complement:
We agreed to see at eight, why do you arrive just at nine? Wǒ xiǎng, wǎnfàn yīnggāi zuò hǎo le. I think that dinner is ready.
Likewise, the use of the adjective "错" "may" (wrong) gives the sense of a negative result of the action, as seen in the examples:
Tāmen de dìzhǐ nǐ méi kàn cuò ba? You were wrong to read the address, weren't you?
It is not that you misheard her name?
Adding other examples:
Zhè lù qìchē nǐ méi zuò cuò ba? Did not, by chance, take the wrong bus?
Lǎoshī de xìngmíng nǐ méi xiě cuò ba? It is not that you have mistyped the name of the master?
Zuótiān de liànxí nǐ méi zuò cuò ba? It's not that you did the wrong homework?
Zuìhòu de wèntí nǐ méi huídá cuò ba? You did not give wrong answer to the last question, by any chance?
Yǔfǎ shū nǐ méi ná cuò ba? You have mistaken the grammar book, right?
We add here the adjective "对" "duì" (right), as resultative complement:
Here are some examples:

Zhè xiē shēngcí nǐ zěnme méi fānyì duì? Why you have not translated well these new words?
Zhè ge wèntí nǐ zěnme méi huídá duì? Why you have not given the right answer to this question?
Tā shì bùshì méi xiě duì wǒ de diànhuà hàomǎ? Maybe he did not write well my phone number?
